How to Ride

The goMARTI shuttles are currently available on-demand.

Monday: Not in operation
Tuesday - Friday: 2:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

*Hours are planned and are subject to change

The goMARTI shuttles are NOT in operation on the following holidays:

May 26, 2024 - Memorial Day
July 4, 2024 - Independence Day
September 1, 2024 - Labor Day
November 28, 2024 - Thanksgiving Day
December 25, 2024 - Christmas Day
January 1, 2025 - New Years’ Day.

Keep in mind when a holiday lands on a Monday, which is a closed day for goMARTI, the holiday is then observed on the Sunday prior.

The goMARTI Pilot Map

There are approximately 75 pick-up and drop-off locations in the goMARTI pilot area. When using the May app or making a ride request via 211, you will be directed to the nearest stop where a goMARTI shuttle will meet you.

Rider Rules

  • No eating or drinking inside the vehicle

  • No tobacco products, vaping, smoking or alcohol allowed inside the vehicle

  • Only certified service animals are allowed inside the vehicle

  • You should be 18+ to create and use an account within the mobile app

  • Riders under the age of 13 must be accompanied by someone over the age of 18

  • Riders between 13-18 can be booked with permission from the rider's parent or legal guardian

  • All riders regardless of age must follow the applicable safety requirements in the vehicle
